Alesha R. (Arrick) Sutton, 26, of Zionsville, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, Dec. 7, 2017. She was born in Indianapolis on Aug. 8, 1991, a daughter of Brett L. and Mona L. (Benson) Arrick.
A life-resident of Boone County, Alesha graduated from Western Boone High School in 2010. She attended the Herron School of Art and earned her degree from IUPUI in 2014. Following school, she was employed by PetSmart at Traders Point as the manager of the pet hotel. Alesha loved her family, her dogs and horse. She enjoyed being outside, playing tennis and hiking.
Survivors include her parents, Brett and Mona Arrick of Jamestown; brother, Dean Beeks of Jamestown; sister, Brandy Barnett of Jamestown; grandparents, Linda Arrick of Wabash, Jerry (Peggy) Benson of Silver Lake and Mary (John) Bowman of North Manchester; uncle, Chris (Rebecca) Arrick of Jamestown; aunt, Rita (Bruce) Penn of Wabash; and cousins, Shelly Holt, Christopher Arrick, Jeremy Penn, Matthew Penn and Andrew Penn. Alesha was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Jan Arrick; an aunt, Teri Beeks; and her fiancé, Ryan Weisberger.
Funeral Services are planned for 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2017, at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon St., in Lebanon. Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2017, at the funeral home in Lebanon. Interment will follow services at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Indianapolis.
