Beverly G. Foreman, 86, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2018 at Signature Healthcare at Parkwood in Lebanon. She was born in Daleville, Indiana on Nov. 10, 1931 to the late John Carl and Verna S. (Heise) Timmons.
Beverly was a 1949 graduate of Clarks Hill High School. She married Max Paul Foreman on April 3, 1949. He passed away on Sept. 12, 2003.
Beverly worked numerous years in the banking and finance field, retiring in 2009 from State Bank of Lizton. Prior to that she worked for Lincoln Finance, American Red Ball, Jones and Laughlin Steel, American Fletcher National Bank. She was the American Business Women's Association (ABWA) Boss of the Year in 1987-1988. She had a love of travel, family, study of the Bible and enjoyed attending all her grandchildren's sporting events.
Memberships include Central Christian Church in Lebanon, Daughters of the American Revolution, Tri Kappa/Alpha Beta Chapter and Christian Women's Fellowship.
Survivors include two children, John Blair (Beth Ann) Foreman of Bonita Springs, Fla., Helen Marie (Scott) Pell of Lebanon; nine grandchildren, Megan Ruhl of Bonita Springs, Olivia Pell of Lebanon, Jacob Pell of Lebanon, Adam Foreman of Bonita Springs, Aaron Foreman of Venice, Fla., Blair Foreman of Fla., Chelsea Foreman of Indianapolis, Tyler Hurt of Indianapolis and Zackery Hurt of Mishawaka; four great-granddaughters, Madison Foreman of Fla., Ashley Foreman of Fla., Marsha Foreman of Fla. and Temperance Hurt of Indianapolis; great-great-grandchildren, Piper Foreman of Fla. and Brody Flemming of Fla.
In addition to her parents and husband, Beverly was preceded in death by a brother, Stanley L. Timmons and a son, Daniel Foreman.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 5, 2018 at the Central Christian Church, 311 E. Main St., in Lebanon, with Rev. Patricia Case, officiating. Visitation is planned from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday at the church in Lebanon. Entombment will follow services at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lebanon. Myers Mortuary in Lebanon has been entrusted with the arrangements.
