Carroll Jean "C.J." Eskew, 72, of Windfall, formerly of the Kirklin and Tipton areas, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2016, at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie. She was born April 25, 1944, in Frankfort, to Charles and Dorthea (Hamm) Wilcurt.
