Charles Eugene Warmoth

Charles Eugene Warmoth, 84, passed away Sunday, Nov. 26, 2017, at Signature Healthcare at Parkwood in Lebanon. He was born on July 17, 1933 in Lebanon, a son of the late Oral William and Madge Dorothy (Rich) Warmoth.
On May 26, 1961, he was married to Lois Evangeline (Anderson) Warmoth in Lebanon; she survives.
Charles was raised and educated in the Thorntown community and graduated from Osgood High School. Following school, he enlisted in the United States Air Force and served his country honorably for eight years.
He had worked as a welder and retired from Parker Hannifin in Lebanon after 34 years of employment. He was an active member of Lebanon Bible Baptist Church where he drove the church bus for many years. He also was a 20 year member of the Lebanon Civil Defense.
Charles was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He enjoyed coaching and umpiring for the Lebanon Little League, rooting for the St. Louis Cardinals, hunting, and fishing.
Survivors include two children, Charlton E. (Rebekah) Warmoth and Sean P. (Linda) Warmoth; five grandchildren, Scot (Amber) Warmoth, Aaron (Abby) Warmoth, Cassandra (Jason) Bray, Lauren (Blake) Nesbitt and Nathan (Nikki) Gee; 14 great-grandchildren; one brother, Robert Warmoth and wife, Juanita of Poland, Indiana.
In addition to his parents, Charles was preceded in death by six brothers, Danny E. Warmoth, Ralph E. Warmoth, Orville N. Warmoth, Leroy Warmoth, Irvine "Ike" Warmoth, and James "Nuke" Warmoth; and a sister, Marzetta Clemens.
Funeral Services are planned for 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2017, at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon St., in Lebanon. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at 1 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home, in Lebanon. Interment with military rites will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lebanon, Indiana.
