Don Michael Fausset, 66, of rural Kirklin, passed away on Jan. 19, 2017, at his home. He was born in Lebanon on May 26, 1950, to Donald A. and Mildred (Morton) Fausset, who preceded him in death.
Don was a 1968 graduate of Clinton Central High School and attended Purdue University, where he was a member of the Alpha Chi Rho Fraternity. He was a proud, lifelong farmer.
Don and Jane Boyer were married on June 18, 1977, at the Kirklin Christian Church.
He is survived by his wife, Jane; daughter, Molly Whitehead, son-in-law, CJ, and granddaughter, Madeleine; sister, Debra Koppelmann and brother, Dennis (Linda) Fausset; brothers-in-law, Bill (Maureen), Phil (Linda), Mark (Janet) and Tom (Carrie) Boyer; several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was a member of the Kirklin Christian Church, serving as a deacon and elder.
Don enjoyed farming, traveling, watching the Colts and Purdue games, and driving his '67 Chevelle.

Visitation will be 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 22, at Goodwin Funeral Home in Frankfort. A private family burial will be at Mud Creek Cemetery, Boone County.
