Mrs. Donna Clanton, 70, of Pittsboro, passed away July 29, 2017, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. Donna was born on Sept. 15, 1946, in Lebanon, the daughter of the now late Donald and Christina (Hodge) Nicley.
She was married to William "Bill" Clanton. He survives.
Donna worked as a custodian at Kauffman Engineering, Western Boone High School and Essex Manor Nursing Home.
Survivors include her husband, Bill; and sons, Danny (Tia) Boice and Josh Fuston both, of Lebanon; a daughter, Angela (Sam) Blubaugh of Bainbridge; stepchildren, Elise Townsend, Alison (Doug) Canfield and Melissa (Robert) Edwards; a brother, David A. Nicley; and a sister, Gloria Overholser; 21 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Judy Fuston.
Family and friends will gather Friday, Aug. 4, for visitation from 11 a.m. until the time of services at 1 p.m., with Rev. Harry Clanton officiating in the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary, 2400 N. Lebanon St., Lebanon. Donna will be laid to rest at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lebanon.
