Gladys M. Siddall, 81, of Lebanon, passed away on Thursday, May 11, 2017, at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born on Jan. 8, 1936, in Kirklin, a daughter of the now late George and Hazel June (Shirley) Klinger.
Gladys graduated from Kirklin High School.
She was married to Alfred E. Siddall on Sept. 6, 1966, in Elizaville; Alfred passed away just a day before Gladys.
She had worked for the State of Indiana for 33 years as the head officer of personnel for the National Guard.
Gladys was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, knitting, sewing and gardening.
She was a member of the Elizaville Baptist Church.
Her survivors include daughter, Susan Morris of Lebanon; grandchildren, Charles Salts, Zachary Salts and Katie Salts; great-grandson, Landon Salts; brother, Marion Klinger and wife, Marilyn, of Noblesville; sister, Shirley Klinger of Noblesville; nephew, Lee Klinger; and niece, Lois Bonebright.
Visitation is to be held from 9 to 11 a.m. on Monday, May 15, for Gladys and her husband, Alfred, at Myers Mortuary, 1502 N. Lebanon St., Lebanon. Funeral services will be held for Gladys and Alfred at 11 a.m. Monday at the mortuary. Interment will follow at Elizaville Cemetery in Elizaville.
