Gloria B. Linville, 90, of Lebanon, and formerly of Indianapolis, passed away on Saturday, March 18, 2017, at Signature Healthcare at Parkwood in Lebanon. She was born in Premier, W.Va., on June 26, 1926, a daughter of the now late Ed and Ethel (Anaheim) Mabry.
Gloria was raised and educated in West Virginia, and later moved to Indiana.
She was married to Bill Linville in Indianapolis. He preceded her in death on April 6, 2006.
Gloria was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking, gardening, yard work, music and dancing. She was of the Baptist faith. She was a caring and devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister.
Survivors include children, Elizabeth Ezzo and husband, John, of Auburn, Wash., Harry Mabry and wife, George Ann, of Las Vegas, Nev., and Glenna Hamblen of Lebanon; six grandchildren, Tia Wyant, Amy Beard, Michelle Hamblen, Lisa Hamblen, Tanya Huff and Gabriel Sheets; six great-grandchildren; sister, Helen Gay of Florida; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, Gloria was preceded in death by a son, John Sheets; four sisters, Belle Mabry, Katie Mabry, Zudie Delaney and Betty Mabry; and a brother, John Mabry.
Private family services will be held at Myers Mortuary, 1502 N. Lebanon St., Lebanon. Interment will be at Lincoln Memory Gardens in Whitestown.
