Jerry Lee Hedge, 58, of Lebanon, passed away Wednesday, July 27, 2016, at Zionsville Meadows in Zionsville. He was born Aug. 19, 1957, in Lebanon, a son of Robert Lowell Hedge and the now late Mary Ellen (Hamilton) Hedge.
A longtime resident of Boone County, Jerry attended Lebanon High School. Following high school, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy.
He had worked for Hawkins Floor Covering, and most recently, Case New Holland in Lebanon. Jerry was a member of the Lebanon Moose and Eagle Lodges.
Jerry was a devoted son, father and grandfather. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping.
Survivors include father, Robert L. "Bob" Hedge and wife, Ella B. Hedge, of Lebanon; children, Alaina Hedge of Phoenix, Ariz., Maria Hedge of Indianapolis and Paul Hedge of Indianapolis; five grandchildren; brother, Dale Hedge of Lebanon; and sister, Linda Kay Thoman and husband, Reg, of Brownsburg.
In addition to his mother, Jerry was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Ray Hedge.
Visitation will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday, July 31, at Myers Mortuary, 1502 N. Lebanon St., Lebanon. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Aug. 1, at the mortuary. Interment will follow at Browns Wonder Cemetery in Lebanon.
Memorials may be made in his honor to a charity of the donor's choice.
