I visited her parents starting in the late 60’s after moving here; so I have known Roxie all these years and she was always the same open ❤️ heart and careing person and short on complaining. Upbeat and positive attitude were her norm. She will be missed and leave a gaping void on this community and surrounding area. Rip Roxie

Roxie was my youth camp friend in the 60s. What an example she was to me. So glad she stayed true to the course.

I was only at Western Boone a short three years but it doesn’t take but a moment to see how special Roxie was and how loved she was by the school community. Rest easy Ms Roxie! ❤️

Roxie, my heart has been breaking since I heard you had passed away. The tears I shed are for your family who loved you so very much. I know there are students and teachers at WEBO who are grieving for you, as well. However, we would not bring you back for anything. I know how much you loved the Lord for dying on the cross and making you the person you have been throughout your life. I pray for your grandchildren. I know how much they loved you. We know that God knows best and he will be with Robert and those who are left here to carry on your work.
