Shandra Dee Maxwell, 46, passed away at Witham Memorial Hospital in Lebanon, early Saturday morning, Dec. 16, 2017. She was born on Oct. 1, 1971, in Lebanon, a daughter of Ronald L. Maxwell and Delpha Jean (Reagan) Clark.
A life resident of Lebanon, she was a 1990 graduate of Lebanon High School. Shandra had worked as a CNA for various nursing facilities throughout the area. She enjoyed spending time with her family, shopping, taking pictures and reading.
Survivors include four children, Tyler L. Watkins of Lebanon, Britten A. Bowles of Frankfort, Tessa C. Smith of Lebanon and Braxton K. Hale of Lebanon; granddaughter, Aubree Watkins; father and step-mother, Ronald L. Maxwell and wife, Holly, of Lebanon; mother and step-father, Delpha J. Clark and husband, Donald, II, of Lebanon; brother, Nelson L. Maxwell of Lebanon; four sisters, Michelle Maxwell of Columbus, LoRita McMahon and husband, Mark, of Brownsburg, Lilly Maxwell of Lebanon and Kathleen Maxwell of Lebanon; step-brother, Donald Clark, III of Brownsburg; step-sister, Darcie Clark of Brownsburg; several nieces and nephews; and companion, Steven Austin Smith of Lebanon.
Funeral Services are planned for 2 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 21, 2017, at Myers Mortuary, 1502 N. Lebanon St., in Lebanon. Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2017 at the funeral home in Lebanon. Interment will follow services at Center Cemetery east of Lebanon.
