Charles Franklin Buschman, 76, of Lebanon, died Friday, Jan. 13, 2017, at home. He was born April 16, 1940, in Lafayette, the son of the now late Glenn Franklin and Mae Nash Buschman.
He married Barbara Jo Neuffer on Dec. 6, 1969; she survives.
He graduated Southwestern High School in Tippecanoe County in 1958.
He served in the U.S. Army for three years. He then worked at St. Louis farms, caring for Clydesdale horses; RCA; Unisys computer company for 15 years; worked in life insurance sales; and was office manager for Russell and Hitch. He retired in 2014.
He was a member of the Lebanon VFW, Moose Lodge, Kiwanis Club and American Legion.
His hobbies included woodworking, traveling and computer games.
Other survivors include children, Michele Ann Buschman of Kansas, and Russell Franklin (Brenda Anne) Buschman of Lebanon; sisters, Karen (David) Wulff of Seattle, and Glenda (Jerry) Rund of Lafayette; and three grandchildren, Patrick Franklin Buschman, Emily Renee Buschman and Benjamin Charles Buschman, all of Lebanon.
