Mirranda Michelle "Randee" Knotts, 21, of West Lafayette, passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2017.
Born April 13, 1995, in Lafayette, she was the daughter of Curt and Tracie (Vandewalle) Knotts.
Randee graduated from Benton Central High School in 2013 and earned her associate paralegal degree from Ivy Tech Law School in 2016. She worked for Kirk Freeman Attorney at Law.
Randee was active with the youth group at the United Methodist Church in Otterbein; was a 10-year 4-H member in Tippecanoe County; was the 2013 Indiana Hampshire Queen; and showed Young and Guard Hampshires, both locally and nationally, for over 10 years.
Surviving with her parents, Curt and Tracie Knotts, is her brother, Morgan Knotts; paternal grandparents, Jerry and Pat Knotts of Zionsville, and Janice Knotts of Tallahassee, Fla.; maternal grandparents, Dave and Sharon Vandewalle of South Bend; paternal great-grandmother, Ida Knotts of Zionsville; aunts and uncles, Kate Burner of Tallahassee, Eric and Suzie Vandewalle of Avon, and Amy and Steve Ruloph of Otterbein; and cousins, Sam and Molly Bruner, Gracie and Eve Bruner, Addison and Juliet Vandewalle, and Samantha and Grady Rudolph.
Memorial visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until the time of memorial service at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 9, at Otterbein United Methodist Church, 405 E. Oxford St., Otterbein, with Pastor John Randall officiating.
