North Salem, Indiana - Cathy Hoffman, 64, of North Salem, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 3, 2025, at her home.

She was born June 22, 1961, in Lebanon, Indiana, a daughter of the late George Russell and Florence Mildred (Stewart) Burtner. Cathy was a 1979 graduate of Lebanon High School. That same year, she married the love of her life, Jeffrey Hoffman, and they recently celebrated 46 years of marriage.

Cathy devoted her life to her family, cherishing every moment spent with her grandchildren. Whether fishing, shopping, baking, gardening, or simply enjoying each other's company, her greatest joy came from being with them.

Survivors include her beloved husband, Jeff Hoffman of North Salem; daughters, Jennifer (Chaz) Huguenard of Jacksonville, Florida, and Christian Nicole Hoffman-Singh (Bittu) of Greenwood; sisters, Sandy Smith and Barbie (George) Hood; and her adored grandchildren, Clayton Heinold, Chloe Heinold, Cameron Huguenard, Coby Huguenard, Channing Hoffman-Singh, and Cazmall Hoffman-Singh.

Family and friends will gather Saturday, August 9, for visitation from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 12 p.m. in the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary, 2400 N. Lebanon Street, Lebanon.
