Izabella Marie Izzy Helem, 4, of Lebanon, died Saturday, December 1, 2018, at IU Riley Childrens Hospital. She was born on November 10, 2014 a daughter to Alonzo L. and Briana Bre (Williams) Helem.
Memorial services are planned for 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 8, 2018, at the First Presbyterian Church, 128 East Main Street, in Lebanon, with Rev. Terri Thorn, officiating. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday at the church in Lebanon.
Myers Mortuary and Boone County Crematory have been entrusted with her care.
